OAMC Honey Dijon Chicken (Quick & Easy, Freezer to Crockpot)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1⁄2 cup water (not needed until day of cooking)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a labeled, gallon-sized freezer bag.
- Thaw overnight in refrigerator (in a bowl). Cook on 'low' crockpot setting for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked completely. Serve with whatever you like! (we like broccoli & brown rice with this meal.
