OAMC Freezer to Crockpot Rosemary Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced russet potatoes
- 1 1⁄4 cups diced onions
- 2 lbs beef roast
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes, with rosemary & oregano
- 10 3⁄4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in gallon freezer bag(s).
- Thaw bag in bowl overnight in refrigerator. Cook in crockpot on low for 6-10 hours.
