OAMC Crockpot Meatball Vegetable Soup

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  frozen meatballs (small)
  • 24  ounces  pasta sauce
  • 1  lb carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 24  ounces  cut green beans (small or large, depending on preference)
  • 1  lb  of frozen zucchini, chopped
  • 1  small onion, diced
  • 4  cups chicken broth (not needed until cooking day)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in gallon-sized freezer bag.
  2. Prep: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Add chicken broth to crockpot & cook on low 8 hours. Serve w/ crusty bread.
