NYC Hot Dog Onion Sauce

Havent tried this yet. Looked like the easiest version of this sauce. Found it on a BB somewhere.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup water
• 1  medium onion, chopped
• 1⁄3 cup ketchup
• 4  tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1  teaspoon  coleman dry mustard
• 1  teaspoon paprika
•  fresh ground pepper

Directions

1. In saucepan combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to boil.
3. reduce heat; simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until desired consistency.
