Nutty Sweet Potato Casserole

The topping on the sweet potatoes browns and becomes deliciously crunchy. A great side for your Thanksgiving dinner. Also, goes really well with pork, ham and chicken.

Ingredients

• 3  cups  cooked mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
• 2  eggs, lightly beaten
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup  melted butter

• Topping

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄3 cup flour
• 1⁄4 cup  melted butter
• 1  cup  chopped pecans

Directions

1. Combine mashed sweet potatoes, eggs milk and butter.
2. Spread in a buttered casserole.
3. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on potatoes.
4. Bake covered at 350° for an hour or until thoroughly heated.
5. Topping will brown and become crunchy.
