Nutty Raspberry Blondies

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 200 g white chocolate
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 3⁄4 cup plain flour
- 1⁄2 cup self-raising flour
- 100 g white chocolate, extra, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
- 150 g raspberries, frozen
Directions
- heat oven to 180 C/350°F.
- grease and line a 23 cm square pan.
- melt butter and the 200g chocolate on low heat, stirring until melted.
- cool until just warm.
- stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- spread mixture into prepared pan.
- backe for 40 minutes or until firm.
- cut into 18 squares.
