Nutty Marshmallow Patties

Great as finger foods for party's or at bake sales

Ingredients

• 30  g butter
• 2  tablespoons peanut butter
• 100  g marshmallows
• 3  cups  rice bubbles
• 1⁄2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
•  glace cherries

Directions

1. Place butter in large bowl.
2. melt in microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
3. Add peanut butter and marshmallows.
4. cook on HIGH 30 seconds, or until marshmallows are melted.
5. Stir in Rice Bubbles and peanuts.
6. drop spoonfuls into paper patty cases.
7. top with pieces of cherry.
8. refrigerate.
