Nutty Carrot Salad

TOH 2001 recipe. Thnx to Esther Bane, Glidden, Iowa. These carrot recipes are certainly going to change my mind about them. They weren't my favorite vegetable.

• Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise or 1⁄3 cup  salad dressing
• 2  tablespoons peanut butter
• 2  cups  shredded carrots
• 1⁄3 cup raisins

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and peanut butter. Stir in the carrots and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
