Nutty Apricot Dip

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 30 g crushed mixed nuts
- 30 g walnuts, chopped
- 30 g almonds, ground
- 30 g dried apricots, chopped
- 1 pineapple, halved & flesh diced
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, except pineapple, mix well.
- Spoon into pineapple half and decorate with extra nuts & apricots.
- Serve with extra fruits.
