Ingredients

  • 3  cups  Nutri-Grain cereal
  • 2  tablespoons  all-bran cereal or 1  tablespoon  protein powder
  • 600  ml milk
  • 12 cup  apricot nectar or 12 cup  juice, of your choice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
