Nut Loaf

Ingredients
- 4 cups white sugar or 4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups Karo syrup
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- vanilla
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
- Mix sugar, karo, and hot water.
- boil until when tested in cold water it will crack.
- pour over beaten whites of 2 eggs, stirring constantly.
- until it is very stiff.
- add vanilla and 1 cup nuts.
- pour in pan or make into loaf.
