Nut-Cracker Candy

Yields: 2 1/2 dozen
Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 cup oyster crackers
Directions
- Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in cinnamon.
- Fold in cashews and crackers.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
