- 1 serrano peppers (optional) or 1 Thai red chili peppers (optional) or 1⁄2 jalapeno, minced (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemongrass, slices (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon minced coriander (optional)
- 1 teaspoon basil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mint (optional)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger (optional)
- 1 teaspoon scallion, sliced (optional)
