Ingredients
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (or substitute 1 diced chile pepper-to taste for spiciness)
- 1⁄4 cup fish sauce
- 2⁄3 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, with pulp (very important to include the pulp)
- 1⁄4 cup sugar (usually use brown for added flavor)
Directions
- add all ingredients together and stir.
- can be stored for a month in fridge.
