Not Your Usual Party Mix

Serves: 20-24

Ingredients

  • 15  ounces  crispy rice cereal, squares
  • 10  ounces  oyster crackers
  • 9 12 ounces  mini cheese-filled sandwich  crackers
  • 6  ounces  fish shaped  crackers
  • 16  ounces  mini-twist  pretzels
  • 16  ounces peanuts (I use a little more)
  • 12  ounces  butter flavored popcorn  oil
  • 1  ounce  ranch dressing mix

Directions

  1. Combine cereal, crackers, pretzels and peanuts in a large roaster. (This makes a lot.) Combine oil and salad dressing in a small bowl. Mix well. Toss with cracker mixture until evenley coated. Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, turning mixture every 15 minutes. Spread out on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
