Not Your Ordinary Tartar Sauce

Yields: 64 ounces

Ingredients

  • 1  quart mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
  • 1  large onion, finely chopped
  • 3  garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 cup  coarsely chopped stuffed green olive
  • 2  cups  sweet pickle relish
  • 5  jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced (or so)
  • 18 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 12 packages  hiho  crackers, crushed
  • 10  saltine crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Let sit 6 hours refrigerated before use.
  3. Will keep indefinitely in fridge.
