Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3⁄8 cup olive oil
- 3⁄8 cup sunflower oil
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients and vinegar in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; cover and shake well until sugar is dissolved.
- Add oil; cover and shake well.
- Let stand at least half an hour before using.
- Shake well just before pouring onto salad greens; refrigerate unused portion.
