Norwegian Wheat Bread

A wonderful "bread", that is served with coffee, here in Norway. It only contains 1/2 c sugar, but the "secret" ingredient is cardamom...Mmmmmm..so delicious. Try a slice with butter on it! You'll love it, too! (This is NOT a sandwich bread, though lots of people eat it with butter and jam!! You decide!) Show more
