Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked and drained wide egg noodles
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Stir butter into hot noodles.
- Stir in the sour cream mixture.
- Arrange on platter, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
