Noodles Grenada

Yields: 4 portions
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb wide egg noodles or 1⁄2 lb pasta
- salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package direction until tender. Drain and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and toss until butter melts. Serve hot.
