Noodle/Tamale Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked noodles
- 2 lbs cooked ground beef
- 3 large onions, chopped
- garlic, salt & pepper to taste
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tamales
- 1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (12 ounce) can pitted black olives (use the liquid)
Directions
- Cook noodles, drain. Chop onion then saute with garlic and meat until brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for a 5 minutes. Put in a large casserole dish 13x9 and cover with ½ lb grated sharp cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
