Noodle Salad

An easy noodle salad that goes well with BBQ's and picnics. This recipe is my mother in-laws and we get her to make it all the time.

Ingredients

• 250  g  dried shell pasta, cooked via packet directions
• 1⁄2 red capsicum, finely chopped
• 1⁄2 green capsicum, finely chopped
• 2  grated carrots
• 425  g corn kernels, drained
• 1  cup  grated cheese
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1  cup  chopped german  salami

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
