Noodle Fruit Salad

Sweet dessert I got from Mother in Law great for any occasion.

Ready In: 20 mins

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

  • 12 box  of acini de pepe # 48  noodles
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 12 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  chunk pineapple drain well and save  juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  fruit cocktail drain well and save  juice
  • 1  egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to direction. Drain and rinse with cold water put aside. Next mix sugar flour egg and juice from both cans of fruit Bring to a boil stir until it thickens like custard. Remove from heat fold in noodles and refrigerate overnight. Next day fold in fruit followed by cool whip. Cooking time does not include refrigerator time.
