Non-Wonton Soup

Ingredients
- 13 ounces ground turkey
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons salt substitute
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 8 ounces cabbage
Directions
- Mix turkey, egg white & seasoning. Form into small balls & place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
- Heat water, broth & veggies. Add turkey balls & boil 15-20 minutes.
