Non Traditional Chicken Noodles

The rosemary really enhances the flavor! Noodles will come out better than expected!

  1. Pressure chicken thighs in along with a large, 50 oz. can of broth, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoons rosemary until cooked through.
  2. Pull meat off of chicken.
  3. Skim the fat off of chicken broth.
  4. Add more chicken broth (add enough to cook the noodles).
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add chicken, frozen noodles, and extra rosemary.
  7. Simmer uncovered for approximately 25 minutes.
  8. I add a little extra rosemary to taste.
  9. Enjoy!
