Noel Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients

• 1  quart vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
• 2  tablespoons red maraschino cherries, chopped
• 2  tablespoons green maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  almond extract
• 1⁄2 cup  M&M's plain chocolate candy
•  M&M's plain chocolate candy, chopped

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well.
2. Fold in M&M's.
3. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze at least 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with chopped M&M's.
