No-Wheat Thins

This recipe hails from Gone Raw. This is a very basic cracker, so you can add veggies, herbs, or other seasonings to make different flavors. They are very mild tasting so they will pair nicely with different dips, pates, etc. I used them as a pizza crust. By the way, although I kept the title from Gone Raw (No-Wheat Thins) I do not think they taste like traditional wheat thins.   1. In blender grind almonds and flax seeds until fine. Add salt. Add water 2 cups first and blend until it is fluffy. If it is too sticky add more water.
  2. Spread on paraflexx and dehydrate for 12-20 hours.
  3. Flip after 3-4 hours. Continue dehydrating until crisp. Stores well for 2 weeks-1 month.
