Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup almonds
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Chop almonds and walnuts to desired size.
- Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix in milk and eggs.
- Pour ingredients into an oiled 11x7-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
