No-Peek Tender Tips

Yields: 1 13x9-in pan
Ingredients
- 2 -2 1⁄2 lbs raw stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (4 ounce) can mixed mushrooms, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix (not sure on package ounce size, normal package though)
- 1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place a layer of meat in bottom of prepared pan. Add the mushroom soup, followed by the mushrooms. Sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour soda over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake 3 hours. REMEMBER, NO PEEKING! =).
- Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
