No-Peek Tender Tips

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 1 13x9-in pan

Ingredients

  • 2 -2 12 lbs  raw  stew meat
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (4 ounce) can  mixed mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) envelope  dry onion soup mix (not sure on package ounce size, normal package though)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can  carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place a layer of meat in bottom of prepared pan. Add the mushroom soup, followed by the mushrooms. Sprinkle with dry soup mix and pour soda over the top.
  3. Cover with foil and bake 3 hours. REMEMBER, NO PEEKING! =).
  4. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
