No Noodle Tuna Casserole

I love tuna casserole! This recipe is quite a different version of the traditional tuna noodle casserole. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have since I was a kid. This is real comfort food. Show more

Serves: 4

Yields: 1 2 quart casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 21  ounces  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar  of green  olives, drained
  • 14 lb  Ritz cracker

Directions

  1. Mix tuna with olives and mushroom soup. Line a 2 quart casserole with whole Ritz crackers. Spoon mixture over top. Continue making layers of crackers and tuna, ending with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
