No-Fuss Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 3  large eggs
  • 4  ounces  minute maid premium lemon juice
  • 1 14 cups sugar (I use splenda)
  • 14 cup butter (melted)
  • 1  unbaked  9 inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; blend 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add butter; blend 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into pastry shell.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
