  1. Blend milk powder, water, honey, and spices until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix in vinegar.
  3. While blending, slowly pour in oil until mixture thickens. This is somewhere between 3/4 and a full cup of oil.
  4. Use as you would mayonnaise: in salads, sandwiches, cakes -- .
