No Bake Peanut Butter Nuggets

Yields: 25 small balls
Ingredients
- 135 g natural-style peanut butter
- 30 g nonfat dry milk powder
- 25 g unsweetened flaked coconut
- 25 g rolled oats
- 1 g ground cinnamon
- 30 g wheat germ
- 70 g unsweetened apple juice concentrate
Directions
- Combine peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut in a large mixing bowl. Stir in oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly before serving; store remaining nuggets in the refrigerator. Nuggets can also be chilled in the freezer.
