No-Bake Mini Energy Bars

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maca, powder
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 1⁄2 cup dried fruit, blend
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Microwave coconut oil in a bowl for 10 seconds.
- Add maca powder to the melted coconut oil and mix.
- Add oats, nut, seed and dried fruit blend and honey and mix.
- Pack the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for two minutes before serving.
