  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, salt, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Chill in the fridge 1 hour.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth with a hand-held mixer or stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest and mix until smooth.
  5. In a separate, chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture in two additions until just combined.
  7. Spread evenly on top of graham cracker crust.
  8. Chill in the fridge 4 hours, or overnight.
