No Bake Granola Bars

I was looking for an option to those expensive energy bars you buy at the store for $1.50 each. My family loves this. You can also put the semi-sweet chocolate chips in it. I've tried it both ways. Husband likes the milk chocolate but my daughter likes the semi-sweet. I may try using craisins instead of raisins the next time I make it for a change. You could also substitute the rolled oats for the quick cooking oats too. This is a considered a quick snack to fix. Show more
