Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
- 1⁄3 cup soft margarine or 1⁄3 cup butter
Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons honey or 3 tablespoons maple syrup or 1⁄2 teaspoon pure stevia
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Base:
- Mix ingredients together and press into a 9x9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in for 1/2 hour. Cool.
- Filling:
- With mixer, beat together cream cheese and honey or maple syrup.
- Add cream and vanilla. Combine well, spread over cooled base and refrigerate.
