Ingredients
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk and stir until well mixed.
- Blend in juice and extract.
- Turn into a prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving.
