Nicky's Choc Chip Cookies

Choc chip cookies loved by everyone. You can whip them up in 10 minutes flat. Enjoyed hot or cold.

• Yields: 20 cookies

Ingredients

• 125  g butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 2  teaspoons vanilla
• 1  egg
• 1 3⁄4 cups self-rising flour
• 125  g chocolate chips (i use a mix of white, milk and dark)

Directions

1. Beat butter and sugar.
2. Add vanilla and egg.
3. Fold in flour.
4. Roll mixture into balls with choc chips in the centre.
5. Cook 10 - 12 minutes at 180°C.
6. Cool on tray.
7. Enjoy.
