Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 ounces basa fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 melba toast, made into crumbs
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 slices lemons
Directions
- Combine dry spices and Melba toast crumbs.
- Dip Fish into crumb mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Broil until fish is cooked and crumb mixture is lightly brown.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
