- 1 1⁄2 cups olives
- 1 cup gherkin
- 1 cup pickled pearl onions
- 1 1⁄2 cups artichoke hearts
- 3 cups roasted potatoes
Directions
- Cut the artichokes in quarters.
- Place in little bowls.
