  • 1 12 cups  olives
  • 1  cup  gherkin
  • 1  cup  pickled pearl onions
  • 1 12 cups artichoke hearts
  • 3  cups  roasted potatoes

  1. Cut the artichokes in quarters.
  2. Place in little bowls.
