Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup chopped mint leaf
- boiling water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup malt vinegar
- salt
Directions
- Put mint into a jug. Cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. Add salt to taste.
- Makes 1/2 cup.
