Ingredients

  • 3  tablespoons  chocolate syrup
  • 14 cup milk
  •  ice cold  club soda or  seltzer water

Directions

  1. Put chocolate syrup in glass and add milk.
  2. While beating with fork, slowly pour in club soda until frothy.
