New Years Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons ice cream
- 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons pineapple
- 1⁄2 teaspoon protein powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon flax seed oil
Directions
- Drain 1 small can of crushed pineapple and one of sliced pineapple. Slice a banana. Cut up strawberries, leaving some for garnish. Place ingredients, with exception of sliced pineapple, in blender. Blend to right consistency. It's better a little chunky. Put a whole strawberry in each drink and top the glass with a slice of pineapple. Happy New Year.
