Never Fail Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (any)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
Directions
- Wash the rice three times and let it soak in water for 25-30 minutes before cooking.
- Boil the water and set aside.
- Fry the oil in a heavy based pan til very hot.
- Add the washed rice and salt and fry till lumps start to form .
- Now add the hot water and bring to boil.
- after 5 minutes reduce the heat to very low and let the rice cook till the grains are seperated.
