Never Fail Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 (1 ounce) baking chocolate squares
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 cup canned milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add sugar and mix well.
- Slowly add milk and salt. Cook and stir occasionally until thick. When cooled, add vanilla.
