Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 kg beef roast, in a net
- 2 onions
- 1⁄2 cup sweet wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
Directions
- Chop and brown the onions in a large pot.
- Salt and spice the beef.
- Make space in the pot for the beef and brown on all sides.
- Mix the wine, sugar, and ketchup.
- Pour on the mixture and cook covered until ready.
