Ned's Pumpkin Bars

I have 2 recipes that are just slightly different for pumpkin bars, and this is just one of them - they are so delicious, a great fall recipe. Instead of canned pumpkin you can use fresh cooked pumpkin - very good!! Show more

Directions

  1. Combine egg, sugar pumpkin and butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir, Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan or if using only half the recipe, into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 325°F
  2. ICING:.
  3. Beat together and spread on cooled bars.
  4. Cut into bars.
