Nectarines Stuffed With Lemon Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon balm leaves, chopped
- 6 nectarines, ripe, freestone, or
- 6 peaches
- 1⁄2 cup lemon balm leaves, to garnish
Directions
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice at medium speed, until creamy.
- Add cream and beat until fluffy.
- Stir in chopped lemon balm leaves and set aside.
- Wash, dry and cut peaches in half and remove pits.
- Fill with cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
