Nectarines Stuffed With Lemon Cheese

I was browsing for recipes using lemon balm and this caught my eye. I imagine peaches would be lovely served this way, as well. Show more

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice at medium speed, until creamy.
  2. Add cream and beat until fluffy.
  3. Stir in chopped lemon balm leaves and set aside.
  4. Wash, dry and cut peaches in half and remove pits.
  5. Fill with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
