Natural Produce Wash

I heard this idea on a radio program long ago and decided to try it when I ran out of the wash I bought at the health food store. This produce wash seems to work as well as the store bought versions, and I know for sure what's in it .

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup water

Directions

1. Simply mix water and vinegar (I use white) in a spray bottle.
2. Spray on your vegetables then scrub with a vegetable brush or your hands.
3. Rinse well.
